Planning the job

What to know before booking

You do not need to have the whole cleanup organized before calling. The items, location, and a few access details are enough to start the conversation.

Ask Our Team
What can Big Trailer Services remove?

We review furniture, appliances, household belongings, cleanout contents, yard waste, and construction debris. The service directory lists the offerings. Describe unusual items or materials before scheduling so we can confirm acceptance.

How do I get an estimate?

Call, text photos, or email with the items, your city, and access details. We consider the amount, material, lifting, and carry to the trailer. The scope and price are confirmed before work starts.

Do I need to bring items outside?

No. Tell us where they are so the estimate includes the actual lifting and carry. Mention stairs, narrow doors, and a long route through the property.

Can you come the same day?

Sometimes, depending on the job and current schedule. Call for same-day availability; a request is not a confirmed booking.

Do you recycle items?

We consider suitable materials for recycling where available. Material type and receiving-facility acceptance determine what is possible. See recycling hauling for pickup details.

What about paint, chemicals, or unknown containers?

Identify these separately before booking. Do not mix unknown or special materials into ordinary bags. We’ll confirm whether they can be included or need a different disposal arrangement.

Do appliances have to be disconnected?

Tell us the connection status before scheduling. Appropriate preparation may be needed before haul-away, especially for installed equipment. See appliance removal for planning details.

Where do you work?

We are based in Santa Rosa and serve the 13 Sonoma County cities and communities on our service-area page. Contact us with the exact pickup address.

The right photos answer a lot of questions

Take a wide view of the entire load, a closer view of larger or unusual items, and a view of the route out. That third photo can show stairs, a narrow gate, or where the trailer could stop.

If several rooms or piles are included, show each one. For appliances or structures, explain what is still connected or attached. It helps us distinguish hauling from preparation or dismantling work.

Our estimate guide gives you a simple checklist, and the individual service pages go into the details for each type of removal.

Choose the work that fits the cleanup

A single sofa may need furniture removal. Several rooms may call for a house cleanout. Branches and construction material belong in a debris removal conversation.

It is fine if your request crosses those categories. Tell us about the complete job and we’ll discuss it together. We’ll also confirm your location within our Sonoma County service area.
